Refund policy

7-day, no-questions refund

If Yardsout Fantasy isn't for you, email contact@yardsout.com within 7 days of your purchase with the email you paid with (and the order ID from your receipt if you have it). We'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.

This applies to the 2026 Season Pass, the Playoff Pass and the first payment of a Founding Member membership.

After 7 days

• Season and Playoff Passes are one-time purchases and aren't refundable after 7 days.
• You can cancel a Founding Member membership at any time from your account ("Manage billing"). You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
